Brisas Latin Fusion

The food was incredible. I could’ve just had the yucca and been content but combined with everything else, it was amazing. The staff were attentive but not pushy. We didn’t feel rushed out the door even when the place was packed. We enjoyed dinner before moving our way to the bar where the girls were on top of everything quickly. The owners make their way around greeting customers and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves which was nice to see. The entrance alone is beautiful and welcoming. We definitely will be back more regularly. Great job!

It was our first time here for mine and hubbys anniversary and we didn’t have a sitter so we brought our son with us. Our server kindly asked if she could hold our son while we ate & we let her. Honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant!

Finally!!! I moved recently into the neighborhood and was looking for a good Spanish food restaurant and found it!! Not only was the food delicious but the service was 5 stars. The waitress was very attentive to all our needs. Will definitely be attending again in the near future.

Delicious food, amazing service, and beautiful interior! I recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic Caribbean/Hispanic seafood. I especially liked the seafood selection. Thank you for a wonderful time!

They open weekdays at 11 AM and myself and my niece arrived at 11:30. The place had one or two other patrons in it at that time and started to fill up around noon time but it was far from what I call crowded, by the time we left which was around 1:45 or 2 o'clock. I had the Carnitas tacos and it was superb. Generous portions of meat and the meat was tender and delicious. My niece had the grilled octopus and she said it was "the best" and tender. I was very pleasantly surprised by this place because there was plenty of space between the tables and a low noise level which are two requisites for a positive review from me. The presentation was equal if not better then you'd find in the top LA Latina/ latin, cuisine restaurants! Judge for yourself in the pictures. The service could not have been better. Our waitress was from Columbia. She was attentive but not in our faces and there was not an extensive amount of time between ordering and receiving the food. The timing was perfect. Because it was midday and we both had to work we did not have any "drinks", but there were an abundance of them available on their menu. My niece was so impressed that she wanted to go back that same evening with her dad! So, I highly recommend that you drop in to Brisas!

A bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. The food was good, drinks were flowing. The restaurant was nicely decorated inside. Bathrooms were clean (always a plus). Waitstaff was pleasant. Order the Brisas Old Fasioned for the tableside presentation. Tacos pescado were crispy and flaky, pickled onions added the perfect amout of acid. Using plantains as the "bun" for the juicy beef sliders was a unique take on a pub favorite. Chips and quac didn't disappoint. Will visit again. Well worth the hour long drive in the cold rain.

My wife and I found this hidden gem in Brookfield CT. We found the food to be excellent and the server, Alejandro, went above and beyond to make certain we had an enjoyable meal. He explained the menu items very well and his service was friendly and efficient.Our salmon was prepared perfectly and the coconut shrimp appetizer and Cuban mojitos were the best we have tasted.

This is a great restaurant. It’s about time a new place opened in Brookfield that isn’t another mediocre Italian place. Skirt steak and octopus are great options, all the drinks were served quickly. Would definitely recommend.
